Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in code compliance inspection of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• DHCD & ICC Certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management of code compliance projects.
• Mentor and train less experienced building inspectors.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in code compliance matters.
