Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a BIM Digital Design Lead in Omaha, Nebraska to drive Mechanical design development in the Building Engineering Services Group. This role involves responsibility for the Mechanical Revit model and generating BIM elements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience, advanced skills in 3D design software, and the ability to effectively communicate and organize design efforts across disciplines.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years related industry experience.
• Advanced skillset in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Advanced understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the Mechanical Revit model and generate BIM elements.
• Create and maintain the Mechanical Revit model and overall digital delivery output.
• Prepare detailed drawings and layouts of the design using Revit.
