ChampionX is seeking a Mechanical Assembler III in Houston, TX. You will read instructions and production drawings, assemble components, and test finished products in a climate-controlled warehouse. Training is provided and overtime with occasional weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of related manufacturing assembly and testing experience.
• Experience in ChampionX Flow Control or similar products is preferred (3 of 5 years).
• Ability to read instructions, drawings, and specifications and follow procedures.

Responsabilités

• Read work instructions, orders, follow production drawings and samples.
• Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, machines and equipment.
• Set up moderate to semi-complex test equipment and record conformance.
• Complete required test documentation and reports.
• Inspect materials to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Participate in Lean events and Continuous Improvement.
