Ideal candidates have 7+ years in patent prosecution, are California-licensed, and hold USPTO registration, with a JD and engineering degree. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

• 7+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience in the mechanical arts.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• USPTO registration.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications in the mechanical arts.

• Provide patentability, freedom to operate, and due diligence assessments.
