ONEOK is seeking a Senior Mechanic in Watford City, North Dakota, to perform advanced mechanical work on natural gas compression and related equipment supporting compressor, pipeline, gathering, storage, fractionation and/or gas processing operations. This role focuses on servicing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing engines, compressors, pumps, generators, turbines and valves.

The Mechanic - Senior will bring advanced hands‑on experience with natural gas engines and compression

Formación

• Experience using hand and power tools and equipment.
• Advanced knowledge servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment.
• Experience with operating/safety policies and procedures.
• Troubleshooting equipment abnormalities and failure modes.
• Reading and interpreting work orders, drawings and manuals.
• Preparing safety and environmental records and orders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical work on fixed and rotating equipment.
• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, install and repair engines, compressors, pumps, generators, turbines and valves.
• Train and direct junior staff; order and secure parts and supplies.
• Maintain service documentation and records; prepare reports and logs.
• Respond to equipment abnormalities and safety concerns; support emergency conditions.
