Job summary

JLL in Miami, FL is seeking a Sr. Mech & Robotics Tech to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for complex problems, manage projects, and mentor technicians.

You will work with conveyors, relays, sensors, and control components, developing maintenance plans and ensuring safety. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 3+ years of experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years of work order management.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Train and mentor service and contract technicians.
• Create and close out work orders with data on labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
