Job summary

JLL is hiring a Sr. Mech & Robotics Tech to lead installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support Operations Maintenance by designing solutions, mentoring technicians, and managing projects.

You will troubleshoot conveyors, read blueprints, manage work orders, and maintain safe operations while developing training plans for the team. On-site Windsor, CT, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of preventive maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years of work order management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging equipment.
• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Create and close out work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Train and mentor service technicians and contractors.
• Travel up to 20% and work up to 12-hour shifts.
