Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively; develops interpersonal skills for customer service; maintains stock levels; controls shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Maintains knowledge of meat products, equipment, and backroom operations; processes meat according to specifications; ensures food safety and sanitation; operates and sanitizes equipment.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to enhance sales and shopping experience; utilizes handheld technology for business decisions; adapts to new tools and encourages their use.
• Be an Owner: Ensures operational excellence, profitability, quality standards, and proper merchandise handling.
