Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain stock levels, track goods, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Maintain knowledge of meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and operate equipment properly.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and customer experience. Utilize handheld technology for decisions related to production, training, and quality, and encourage others to adopt new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results by maintaining operational excellence, planning for profitability, ensuring quality standards, and proper merchandise handling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for high-quality service and products, model excellent work, and assist in training team members.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and complete assigned tasks effectively.
