Job summary

AllThrive 365 Programs seeks a full-time Home Delivered Meals (HDM) driver in Peoria, AZ. The role transports meals, maintains routes, and ensures timely, courteous deliveries while adhering to safety and policy requirements.

Responsibilities include recording deliveries, assisting in kitchen tasks, and following supervisor guidance. Requires ability to lift 25 lbs, valid license, and certifications (CPR/First Aid, Food Handlers).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of needs and issues of the senior community.
• Able to enter/exit vehicle easily for deliveries.
• Able to lift 25 pounds and perform bending/stooping.
• No restrictions for physically demanding work; accommodations possible.

Responsibilities

• Transport home delivered meals to clients and to the center.
• Deliver meals safely and courteously; maintain daily mileage logs.
• Record daily deliveries and complete weekly forms per policies.
• Maintain route maps and ensure consistent delivery times.
• Assist in kitchen duties such as cleaning and taking out trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
