Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Threat Response Advisor to serve as a trusted MDR partner for our managed customers—guiding onboarding, service delivery, and incident response.

You will own the MDR engagements, coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Account Management, review security metrics, advise on threats and recovery steps, and drive continuous improvement.

This U.S. role has a base pay range of $108,000–$130,000 USD, with location-based adjustments and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a security operations practitioner in SOC operations, security monitoring, incident investigation/response, malware analysis, threat hunting, or threat intelligence.
• Strong background in security operations and incident response with a focus on protecting customers from cyber attacks.
• Understanding of current threat landscape, attacker TTPs, and prominent threat actor groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven ability to manage complex customer escalations across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the MDR service delivered to assigned customers, coordinating with Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Account Manager.
• Lead initial customer engagement: define MDR scope, configurations, escalation and response policies, and document environment details.
• Review MDR metrics and trends, brief on threats and actions, resolve inquiries, and propose corrective actions to reduce risk.
• Support POC engagements for prospective MDR customers and represent MDR at events.
• Stay embedded with MDR operations and channel feedback into service improvements.
