Job summary

ADUSA Corporate Support is hiring a Software Engineer III for a hybrid role with 3 in-person days at core locations and 2 remote days. You will design, build, test, deploy, and support significant software components and projects from inception through production, delivering measurable business value.

You will collaborate with product leaders and engineers, translate requirements into clear technical specs, develop APIs, and automate tests while following enterprise standards and Agile/DevOps

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience; preferably in the MDM space.
• Proficiency in one or more relevant programming or scripting languages and strong knowledge of APIs and relational databases.
• Experience with software development lifecycles, Agile delivery, DevOps practices, CI/CD principles and tools, automated testing, configuration management, and release management.
• Ability to independently deliver routine and moderately complex work and to own components from design through implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with ability to document status, actions, and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of significant software components or smaller products and projects.
• Collaborate with product leaders, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical specifications and testable user stories.
• Build production-ready code, APIs, integrations, and automated tests that are maintainable, secure, resilient, observable, scalable, and performant.
• Participate in solution design and technical reviews, analyze interfaces, and advise on options, estimates, risks and impacts.
• Use Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to deliver changes iteratively and automate deployment.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues; perform root-cause analysis and communicate findings.
