Job summary

PowerSchool is seeking a Senior MDM Engineer in the Dallas area to own enterprise device management strategy end-to-end. You will lead endpoint compliance, security posture, and lifecycle governance across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, using Microsoft Intune as the core platform with Automox and Autopilot for provisioning and patching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Systems Engineering or Endpoint Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, deployment, policies).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS administration and Azure AD/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise device management strategy across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Be the primary SME for endpoint compliance, security posture, and lifecycle governance.
• Manage and optimize the full device lifecycle from provisioning to retirement for all employee devices.
• Develop and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment strategies.
• Oversee OS validation, policy behavior testing, and readiness for major OS changes.
• Lead MDM and patching initiatives and rollouts of new tools like PAM and RBAC.
