Job summary

Peyton Resource Group is seeking a Senior MDM Engineer to own match, merge, and survivorship rules for transmission and distribution data. You will analyze data anomalies across the data warehouse, ODS, ETL, and other data management initiatives while collaborating with business users and data teams.

The role emphasizes a passion for data, strong SQL, analytical skills, and clear communication. You will help document configurations, support data governance, and develop scalable data integration

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis, with 2+ years in MDM or data quality.
• Advanced SQL; hands-on data profiling and reconciliation is essential.
• Experience with Oracle Exadata and SQL Server databases.
• Experience with an MDM platform (Ab Initio preferred).
• Extensive working knowledge of Data Governance, ETL, REST API development, OLAP, and best practices for data tracking.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced agile environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to explain data problems to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality & Profiling: Profile source data and measure data quality.
• Match, Merge & Survivorship: Define and tune match, merge, survivorship rules with data stewards.
• Integration & Development: Build data integration workflows to the centralized MDM hub; write mappings and tests.
• Reporting: Build dashboards and reports on match accuracy and MDM health.
• Data Governance & Support: Support governance, lineage, data dictionary, and single source of truth.
