Job summary
Teva is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Data Platforms to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of its master data ecosystem. You will own the Customer and Account Master Data products and drive data quality, integration, and value across commercial analytics, sales, and digital platforms.
The role requires 7+ years in MDM/data governance within pharma or life sciences, plus hands-on experience with Informatica MDM or Reltio.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in MDM, data governance, or related data roles in pharma/life sciences
- Understanding of healthcare customer/account data and hierarchies
- Experience with data providers like IQVIA, Veeva, Definitive Healthcare, AHA/AMA/MedPro
Responsibilities
- Define vision and roadmap for Customer and Account Master Data capabilities across commercial systems
- Lead governance, data quality, and standardization to ensure a single source of truth
- Own data product strategy, lifecycle, and value measurement for Master Data products
- Collaborate with business and tech to implement scalable data solutions and adoption plans
