Job summary

Axtria is seeking an MDM Specialist to join our Data Management practice, driving MDM strategy, governance, and execution across global implementations from our New Jersey office.

You will own end-to-end technical solution architecture, lead platform selections (Informatica IDMC, Reltio), design blueprints, and work with AI-enabled data quality and entity resolution, while mentoring teammates and supporting pre-sales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management.
• 5+ years as a technical architect with Reltio or Informatica IDMC.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, data integration, and data warehouse architecture.
• Experience with pharma regulatory data and data privacy controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDM strategy and platform selection for global deployments.
• Design comprehensive MDM blueprints covering governance and data residency.
• Lead AI-first MDM design with cloud capabilities and agentic use cases.
• Own end-to-end technical solution architecture and client workshops.
• Guide pre-sales and respond to RFPs; produce thought leadership content.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
