The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 yr./ The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

This is a REMOTE (Work from Anywhere in the US) Position

Responsibilities:

-work with external data owners and business users to provide robust product data for the best user experience for our customers and fulfill operational needs internally

-work with digital marketing to curate customer-facing product taxonomy in line with downstream expectations for eCatalog and eCommerce footprint

-own internal data management-oriented product taxonomy, which requires learning about technical specifications of the product portfolio

-collect and maintain metrics around product data health for new and existing products and work with data owners to improve data health

-apply key master data management (MDM) concepts to existing data landscape: golden records, data validation, cleansing, documentation, etc.

-train business users on self-service capabilities of the MDM platform and be a point of contact for troubleshooting and technical support

-act as a superuser of the MDM platform and be able to apply operations to product data in bulk

-gather requirements for process improvements both from observation and in collaboration with business stakeholders

-work closely with the development team to implement new functionality to Stibo STEP platform

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years, Stibo STEP Experience with experience in data analysis

-comfort with moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel functions

-ability to read and comprehend technical documentation

-knowledge of basic eCommerce concepts

-understanding of the product lifecycle

-desire and capability to work in cross-functional teams of technical and business users

-knowledge/ interest in clinical products a plus

-Analytics, Statistics, IT, or Engineering background

-coursework or experience with relational databases

-critical thinking and ability to understand complex processes a must

-knowledge of system analysis and process diagrams

-basic knowledge of SQL a plus, ability and desire to grow SQL skills a must

-Experience with business intelligence tools a plus
