Legacy Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced MCO Billing Manager for multiple SNF locations in Skokie, IL. The role oversees billing and collections across Part B, Commercial, Managed Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage, with a focus on reducing aging AR and ensuring payer compliance.

The ideal candidate brings strong SNF billing experience and leadership capabilities to enhance reimbursement processes and cash flow for a growing healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• SNF billing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of managed care billing and collections processes.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, Commercial insurance, and Part B billing.
• Proven ability to manage accounts receivable and reduce aging balances.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and collections for Managed Care Part B, Commercial, Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and coinsurance accounts.
• Manage billing operations across multiple SNF locations.
• Monitor AR performance and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and insurance payers to improve collections and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze billing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Train and support billing staff as needed.
