Job summary

Marotta Controls in Chaska, MN is seeking a Senior Designer (MCAD) to support new product research and development. You will be responsible for computer-aided design and technical drawings, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance. A successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree, 4-7 years of related experience, and strong knowledge of PTC Creo. The position offers a salary range of $87,500 – $105,000 with excellent benefits, including a quarterly bonus and flexible work hours.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as an electro-mechanical designer.
• Experience in mechanical design, material properties, fits and finishes.
• Knowledge of fluid components and PCB design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 3D design layouts of complex parts and assemblies.
• Maintain existing documentation including ECNs and AE-CNs.
• Participate in selected PDR and CDR reviews to present design parameters.
