Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering principles to support architecture development, requirements management, design analysis, integration, and verification throughout the system lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 6 years of related experience.
• Relevant experience with design, development and delivery of next-generation products for maritime customers.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Active Security Clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full Systems Engineering Life Cycle experience from baseline concept definition, SDR, PDR, and CDR, plus SEIT.
• Applies Model-Based Systems Engineering principles, methods, and tools to support system architecture development, requirements management, design analysis, integration, and verification.
• Understanding of communications and network protocols, appropriate for mission-critical, near-real-time, military applications.
• Proficient with software tools used for systems engineering (requirements management, systems architecture and modeling, engineering change management, product life-cycle management).
• System integration and test engineering expertise, including technical leadership to perform verification activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; coordinates cross-team efforts and communicates changes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security clearance.
