Job summary

Kitty Hawk Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer in Dahlgren, VA to support DoD programs. The role focuses on model-based systems engineering using SysML and Cameo System Modeler, with TS/SCI clearance or eligibility preferred.

You will develop mission architectures, maintain model integrity, and collaborate with Navy MBSE efforts to deliver traceable system representations and technical briefings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MBSE using SysML and Cameo System Modeler.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or TS/SCI eligibility requested.
• Knowledge of DoDAF, UAF frameworks and SysML modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support Navy modeling efforts as part of a team.
• Develop mission architectures for System of System interactions.
• Create system representations from authoritative data sources.
• Maintain model traceability and CM using Teamwork Cloud.
• Adhere to SysML/UAF style guidance and project milestones.
• Prepare technical presentations and briefs on model status.
• Collaborate with Navy MBSE projects for alignment.
