Job summary

Warrant Technologies is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer III to support the NSWC Crane MXM EMSO effort. You will execute technical instructions, develop and analyze system models, and ensure fidelity across development phases with DoD security considerations.

The role requires expert MBSE knowledge, UML/SysML proficiency, and experience with cross‑platform collaborative engineering environments. A DoD SECRET clearance is required or pending, with location at NSWCCR/Contractor Facility.

Qualifications

ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree required.
Active DoD SECRET clearance (or interim) required.
Expert MBSE knowledge and tools; proficient in UML/SysML.
Familiar with DoDAF/UAF viewpoints and model products.
Experience with cross‑platform collaborative MBSE/digital environments.
Strong communication to support reviews and stakeholder alignment.
Practical MBSE tool experience (Cameo/MagicDraw, Sparx EA, Rhapsody).

Responsibilities

Support MBSE activities on the MXM EMSO effort under government direction.
Execute assigned Technical Instructions and produce model-based analyses for leadership reviews.
Maintain model fidelity across development phases and coordinate with systems, software, test, cybersecurity, and logistics stakeholders.
Contribute to requirement decomposition, interface definition, and architecture analysis using SysML/UML.
