Job summary

Warrant Technologies seeks a Systems Engineer III to support the NSWC Crane Model-Based Engineering Assessment Division on the MXM EMSO effort. You will execute Technical Instructions under Government direction to aid RDT&E, mission engineering, modeling and simulation, and fleet-support tasking defined in the SOW/PWS.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited institution, demonstrate expert knowledge of DoD SE policy, and can execute SETR processes.

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited institution.
• Expert knowledge of DoD systems engineering policy and ability to execute SETR processes.
• Active DoD SECRET security clearance (or interim) required and must be maintained.
• Required work location: NSWCCR / Contractor Facility.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned Technical Instructions under Government direction in support of RDT&E, mission engineering, modeling and simulation, and Fleet-support tasking defined in the SOW/PWS.
• Support System engineering activities and ensure compliance with DoD policies and SETR processes.

Description

The Systems Engineer III supports the NSWC Crane Model-Based Engineering Assessment Division (Code MXM) on the MXM EMSO effort, executing assigned Technical Instructions under Government technical direction in support of the RDT&E, mission engineering, modeling and simulation, and Fleet-support tasking defined in the SOW/PWS. The position requires expert knowledge of DoD systems engineering policy and ability to execute SETR processes. The Systems Engineer III performs assigned work in accordance with Team quality, configuration-management, and security requirements.

Additional Desired Experience

• Preferred education: Masters/Doctorate.
• TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
