Job summary

New Era Technologies seeks a Model Based Systems Engineer to develop MBSE models using SysML and UAF, supporting requirements, design, and use cases for USSF systems and National Space Test and Training Complex architectures at multiple classifications.

Role involves working with MBSE tools (SysML/UAF), creating data-driven system models, and contributing to system integration tests and technical documentation in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited engineering degree or BS in technical field.
• 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with MBSE tools such as Rhapsody and Cameo Magic Draw.
• In-scope DoD Top Secret clearance.
• ABET accredited systems engineering degree or related engineering field.
• OCSMP levels 1 and 2, INCOSE ASEP or CSEP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop models using MBSE tools to support requirements development and system design.
• Create use cases for USSF systems and instantiate multiple enterprise architectures at various classification levels.
• Develop system models and representations using data architectures to enable interoperability.
• Implement and manage system architectures in MBSE environment and support integration testing.
