Job summary

IERUS Technologies, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to develop system requirements and perform MBSE across major design reviews. The role emphasizes requirements management, verification, and compliance assessments in a DoD environment.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in engineering, 5–10 years of related experience, and an active DoD Top Secret Clearance or higher. Master’s degree and DoDAF/MBS E tool proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a qualified engineering field (Systems, Electrical, Software, Aerospace, Mechanical)
• Proficient in Cameo/MagicDraw or Rhapsody
• Proficient in IBM DOORS
• AFSIM experience
• 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or higher
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements and perform requirements management and verification
• Conduct compliance assessments for major design reviews
• Perform MBSE using technical planning, system integration, verification and validation
• Identify program requirements and track performance metrics with MBSE tools
• Manage the systems engineering process across the project lifecycle
