Job summary

Vickers and Nolan Enterprises (VNE) seeks a Cleared Logistician IV/MBPS Manager to lead Navy logistics data efforts in support of US Naval ships and programs. You will establish MBPS data records, validate data, and coordinate with IPT/ILS teams to maintain current configurations and records.

Required 10+ years (MS) or 14+ years (BS) in defense logistics, DAWIA Level 3, and strong skills in Windchill/MBPS, Jira, and inventory reporting. Willingness to work in on-site Charleston, SC area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in defense life-cycle logistics with a master’s degree (or 14+ years with a bachelor).
• DAWIA certification in Lifecycle Logistics Level 3 or equivalent training.
• Six years experience in Navy/military logistics, including C4ISR or similar systems.
• Experience with inventory management software and automated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish CDMD-OA/MBPS data records for Naval ships.
• Review and contribute to Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Perform data validation and conversion for CDMD-OA/MBPS submissions.
• Ensure configuration and logistics records (MIPs, MRCs, manuals) are current.
• Update CDMD-OA/MBPS database with equipment serial numbers.
• Participate in IPT and ILS meetings; coordinate with Planning Yards.
• Provide data calls to maintain US Navy ship classes; support data validation.
• Track tasks in Jira; provide admin and configuration management.
