Job summary

Vickers and Nolan Enterprises (VNE) is seeking an experienced logistics professional to support naval data and lifecycle processes. You will lead data validation, and maintain CDMD-OA/MBPS records, manuals, and equipment documentation for naval ships.

The role requires DAWIA Level 3 in Lifecycle Logistics or equivalent, 10+ years with a master’s or 14+ years with a bachelor’s, and prior C4ISR/Navy logistics experience. Superior analytical skills and Jira coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years with a Master’s or 14 years with a Bachelor’s degree in defense life-cycle logistics.
• DAWIA certification in Lifecycle Logistics Advanced/Level 3 or equivalent training.
• Proficient using inventory management software and generating reports.
• Experience automating logistics reporting for real-time inventory monitoring.
• Six (6) years in support of C4ISR or similar systems; Navy/military logistics topics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish CDMD-OA/MBPS data records for Naval ships.
• Review and contribute to Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Validate and convert data for submission to CDMD-OA/MBPS.
• Maintain equipment configuration and logistics records (MIPs, MRCs, manuals).
• Analyze equipment and HSCs to ensure proper designation.
• Coordinate with IPTs and participate in ILS/meetings; track tasks in Jira.
