Job summary

Everfab in East Aurora, NY is seeking skilled machinists to operate Mazak CNC 5-axis mills and produce high-precision parts for our customers. This first-shift role runs 7:00 to 3:30 with overtime opportunities.

We require 5–7 years of Mazak CNC 5-axis experience, programming and setup per prints, and proficiency with Mazatrol, G-Code and Mastercam is a plus. You must read blueprints, hold tight tolerances, and work well in a team environment. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with Mazak CNC 5 axis Mills.
• Programming and setup of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions.
• Documentation with attention to details and accuracy.
• Read and understand blueprints, specifications as well as written instructions.
• Able to hold tight tolerances.
• Experience in working with different types of materials.
• Use of measuring tools including micrometers, bore gauges, etc.
• You must be able to positively contribute to the team environment in terms of productivity, cooperation, data collection, and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mazak CNC 5 axis mills on first shift.
• Program and set up CNC machines per prints and written instructions.
• Read blueprints and specifications and ensure adherence to tolerances.
• Maintain detailed documentation and quality records.
• Collaborate with team to improve productivity and data collection.
