Southeastern Idaho Public Health (SIPH) seeks a Nurse Home Visitor to support postpartum families across our eight-county district. You will provide practical resources, trusted education, and ongoing clinical care to promote health during the first year postpartum.

A focus on mother-infant health and strong collaboration with the clinical team is essential. The role involves home visits, travel, and outreach within SIPH policies; licensure as an Idaho RN is required and a flexible schedule with

Formación

• ID licensed RN required.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating public health nursing programs (typically 1 year).

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing home visitation and support to postpartum mothers.
• Educate and counsel mothers and families on nutrition, safe sleep, feeding, and mental health.
• Document vitals, findings and assessments in electronic medical records; complete encounter notes.
• Coordinate referrals to medical providers and community resources; link to WIC and PAT programs.
• Travel in district vehicle to eight counties to provide on-site home visits; collaborate with clinical team.
