Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Substantial experience in testing and inspecting construction materials.
• Post-secondary education in engineering or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for some industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction materials tests in laboratory and field sites.
• Serve as on-site representative and communicate with project personnel.
• Provide written test results and observations for records.
• Ensure tests align with specifications and standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and competency evaluations to other technicians.
