Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Materials/Production/Supply Planning within manufacturing.
• Experience with complex hardware/electronics/high-tech manufacturing.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience; strong BOM, lead-time, inventory know-how.
• Proven ability to manage supplier performance and resolve shortages.

Responsibilities

• Own MRP process for assigned product lines, converting demand into supply plans.
• Manage supplier commitments and lead times for long-lead components.
• Monitor inventory health, safety stock, and turns; optimize working capital.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness for NPI and production.
