Tecan Austria GmbH is seeking a Materials Planner in Morgan Hill, CA. You will be part of our customer-facing Supply Chain team, ensuring production materials are available, expediting as needed, and occasionally handling purchases to close gaps.

You will analyze data to confirm availability, identify risks, and support on-time production. Strong communication and collaboration with customers, buyers, and program managers are essential.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience with direct material purchasing or procurement is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Experience in a customer-facing supply chain role.

Mansioni

• Analyze material requirements and kit demand for the upcoming 12–26 weeks.
• Plan and commit kits based on material availability for assigned customers.
• Identify material gaps that may delay kit drop dates.
• Develop mitigation plans and elevate material issues impacting production or revenue.
• Coordinate shipment of excess materials to customers.
• Run What-If analyses to support customer pull-in and push-out requests.
