Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of BOMs, parts handling guidelines, and kitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide task guidance to department members and prioritize material transactions.
• Transact incoming material to Jobs or Stock and print labels for routing.
• Manage Job-to-Job and Job-to-Stock movements and print labels.
• Review ERP dashboards to identify issues before processing transactions.
• Assemble Job kits for Production, Engineering, and Depot, and maintain secure storage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct audits; ensure material security.
