You will lead the buyers, inventory control analyst, and warehouse supervisor; set safety stock policies, review cycle counts, and coordinate with production planning and procurement to optimize lead times and material availability across two plants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in materials/inventory/warehouse within manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team of buyers and analysts.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Own material availability to production line and expedite shortages.
• Lead buyers, inventory control analyst, and warehouse supervisor.
• Set safety stock, reorder policies, and review cycle-counts.
• Coordinate with production planning and procurement on lead times.
• Plan warehouse capacity and space; standardize processes.
