Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on warehouse operations, material handling or inventory control in manufacturing/aerospace/defense.
• Proven ability to execute accurate material transactions and maintain inventory integrity.
• OSHA/health and safety awareness and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Execute and oversee warehouse operations across receiving, inspection support, inventory control, staging, kitting, and production issuance.
• Ensure AS9100 compliance for material identification, traceability, handling, storage and preservation.
• Lead by example in pulling, picking, kitting and material organization.
• Drive inventory accuracy through disciplined system transactions, lot control and timely discrepancy resolution.
• Issue materials accurately in ERP systems and resolve transactional or system errors impacting production.
• Process DMRs, returns, and rework material back into inventory with Quality coordination.
• Provide oversight to Inventory team to stabilize execution and support schedules.
• Proactively identify and resolve material flow or process issues and escalate risks as needed.
• Maintain willingness to work overtime to support production demands.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude amid changing requirements.
