The role requires advanced degrees in materials science or nuclear engineering and extensive experience in SHM, NDE, and coupled-stimuli experiments, with cross-functional collaboration to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS with 10+ years or MS/PhD with 5+ years in Materials Science, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in materials diagnostics, NDE, or SHM, and experience with coupled-stimuli experiments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of materials health monitoring by designing and deploying in-situ and ex-situ diagnostics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate failure modes into measurable signals and integrate these into predictive models and hardware.
