PDS Inc. is seeking a Material Program Manager to drive end-to-end material readiness from NPI to GA. You will bridge engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to align material strategies with milestones and business goals.

The role requires deep BOM management, ERP/MRP familiarity, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional programs in hardware environments. Competitive hourly compensation is offered with opportunities for impact across multiple programs.

Formación

• 5+ years of material program, supply chain, or NPI/operations management experience in hardware product development.
• Experience managing Bills of Materials across development phases (EVT/DVT/PVT or equivalent).
• Strong data-driven risk management and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the Material Readiness Report for cross-functional visibility.
• Govern ECO-to-PO changes to ensure alignment with production schedules.
• Maintain dashboards and escalation frameworks to identify and mitigate risk.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contract manufacturing and quality teams on BOM maturity from prototype to volume production.
• Lead material allocation decisions, resolve supply constraints, and drive corrective actions for shortages or holds.
• Manage material phase-in/phase-out strategies aligned to engineering changes and product revision schedules.
• Communicate material risks and recommendations to senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights.
