Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience extracting data from SAP and preparing reports.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros.
• Experience with converting raw data into usable formats.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and databases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational analyses of services, projects, or general business actions.
• Maintain databases, extract information, and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve performance.
• Analyze operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and root causes.
• Monitor and analyze reports to identify operational issues across departments.
• Utilize systems to develop and maintain reporting tools to support business decisions.
• Create reports, graphs, charts, and presentations to support analysis.
• Collect and analyze data for modeling, network optimization, and supply chain redesign.
• Develop and deliver productivity savings analytics for the account.
