Sammons Industrial is seeking an experienced equipment technician to diagnose, repair, and rebuild material handling equipment, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and major components. You’ll work hybrid, keeping customers’ operations running safely and efficiently.

With 10+ years of hands-on repair experience and a safety-first mindset, you’ll mentor teammates, maintain service records, and uphold high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of equipment repair experience and certification on at least 75% of the designated product line.
• High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and experience using precision measuring tools.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical certifications and welding experience are a plus.
• A safety-first mindset, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild material handling equipment, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and major components.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate service records, equipment, and safe work practices.
• Share your expertise, mentor fellow technicians, and support team success.
