Federal Express Corporation in Grove City, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician Specialist to lead preventive, predictive maintenance and repair of the material handling system. You will diagnose complex faults, read schematics, mentor technicians, and develop training programs for site equipment, coordinating with vendors and corporate teams.

Role requires strong mechanical, electrical and PLC/controls expertise, plus safety leadership and data entry in EAM software; a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Six (6) years’ experience in FedEx Industrial Maintenance or similar material handling systems
• Certificates and degrees may be assessed by manager and HR for relevancy
• Ability to read, interpret and create electrical and mechanical schematics
• Experience mentoring lower-level technicians and developing training programs

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of material handling systems
• Adhere to safety standards and promote a safe work environment
• Diagnose and repair complex system faults; interpret data from control systems
• Read electrical or mechanical schematics and engineering specifications
• Mentor and train lower-level technicians and develop scopes of work
• Enter and retrieve data using Enterprise Asset Management software
