The role emphasizes training peers, adhering to SOPs, and maintaining orderly records while working with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and follow detailed instructions.
• Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of warehouse locator systems and material movement procedures.
• Capable of continuous walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cross-trained to perform all Material Handling tasks at a high skill level (Receiving, Shipping, Kitting, Clean Room handling).
• Assist with training of warehouse associates.
• Flex to various areas to ensure adequate coverage.
• Perform Material Handler responsibilities as required.
• Apply LEAN initiatives to optimize material flow and lead Kaizen teams.
• Identify deviations from procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Provide monthly reports on warehouse activities and performance.
