Job summary

Vets Hired is seeking a Material Handler III to receive, store, count, issue, and move materials, equipment, products, and supplies to support distribution and plant operations. The role emphasizes accurate inventory transactions, efficient material flow, and timely shipping and receiving while operating warehouse equipment.

You'll work with scanners and warehouse systems, perform cycle counts, maintain records, and uphold safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or material handling operations.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials, products, and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and picker trucks.
• Pick materials according to established procedures.
• Package and ship materials accurately.
• Perform inventory transactions using scanners and warehouse systems.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and scale counts.
• Complete inventory system transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure continuous material flow throughout the supply chain.
• Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Follow company policies and enforce safety procedures.
