Job summary

Travelpro is seeking a Material Handler III – Equipment Operator to drive warehouse productivity in our distribution center. You will safely operate equipment and support receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and teamwork with warehouse groups to ensure accuracy and on-time orders. Flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification including Reach Truck and Order Picker at minimum.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in distribution center operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment (Reach Truck, Order Picker, Stand-Up Counterbalance, Electric Pallet Jack).
• Support receiving, fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, and kitting.
• Perform picking, packing, labeling, receiving, light assembly, and order processing.
• Load and unload trailers and containers.
• Utilize handheld RF devices and warehouse management systems to process inventory and orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work environment.
• Occasional overtime and flexible scheduling as needed.
