Job summary

Paycom is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate in Tualatin, OR to perform routine shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution tasks. Under supervision, you will process deliveries, maintain inventory records, and support warehouse operations.

The role requires handling heavy items, operating tools, and adhering to safety policies, with a day shift and full-time status. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED; associate degree or relevant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum requirement: general ability to use computing hardware and software to enter information.
• Experience with MS Office and shipping/receiving processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and allocate them to stock locations.
• Unload trucks and check goods against PO/invoices.
• Maintain records of shipped/received goods and inspect packaging.
• Break down pallets and use hand/power tools.
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift.
• Prepare shipping documents and confirm quantities with POs.
• Receive orders into system and update inventory.
• May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.
• Maintain safety and a clean working environment.
