Job summary

Voyant Beauty in Los Angeles is seeking a Material Handler III to oversee advanced material handling in the manufacturing facility, ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed to support production while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will lead level 1 & 2 material handlers, train new associates, manage cycle counts, and communicate inefficiencies.

Proficiency with ERP (Epicor), RF scanners, and forklift operations is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 4–6 years in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Experience with inventory systems and process improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize ERP to process cycle counts and review inventory.
• Report inventory adjustments for accuracy.
• Ensure EHS3 compliance in daily operations.
• Direct Level 1 & 2 Material Handlers; train new associates.
• Manage cycle counts for raw materials, hazardous and non-hazardous.
• Support receiving, pre-weigh, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with teams to communicate inefficiencies.
