Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks a Material Handler III to manage advanced material handling in our manufacturing facility. You will ensure materials are received, stored, and distributed to support production, while leading material handling teams and driving safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory adjustments in Epicor, and mentoring Level 1-2 handlers. You will implement improvements in inventory control and material movement across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required).
• 4-6 years in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• 4-6 years with inventory management systems and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize ERP system to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity.
• Report inventory adjustments in Epicor for Accounting Accuracy.
• Ensure all EHS3 rules are strictly honored.
• Daily direction to Level 1 & 2 Material Handlers.
• Cycle counting raw materials including hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Communicate raw material inefficiencies via email to all corresponding parties.
• Back up support for receiving, pre-weigh, and other warehouse/production duties.
• Some duties may vary slightly by location.
