Minimum Requirements

• Prior experience in leadership or supervision
• Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred

• Experience working in a production or warehouse environment
• Experience operating forklifts
• Strong communication and listening skills

Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling and resource allocation
• Monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and documenting through performance appraisals
• Coaching and guiding team members, leading corrective actions
• Managing team relations and conducting effective team meetings
• Creating a positive team environment, managing conflicts, and resolving issues
• Serving as a role model to team members
• Managing safety practices and promoting safety culture
• Leading and coordinating production activities to meet performance goals
• Monitoring and coaching skill development, ensuring adherence to standards, and improving safety, quality, and process reliability
• Providing technical leadership, troubleshooting, and training
• Training staff on procedure changes and ensuring shift activities are completed
• Motivating the team to improve safety, quality, productivity, and costs
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and reporting issues
• Adapting to new procedures, tools, and equipment as needed
