Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Concord is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join our high-volume service team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to factory standards, with access to manufacturer training and advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of dealership experience, ASE Master certification, and completed manufacturer training across diagnostics, EV, diesel, and specialty models. Competitive pay and growth prospects are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; automotive technical training strongly preferred.
• Designation as ASE Master Technician or equivalent manufacturer certification.
• Completed manufacturer training including diagnostics for EV, diesel, and specialty vehicles; warranty repair capability.

Responsabilités

• Inspect customer vehicles and identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Repair, maintain, and diagnose vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Estimate repair costs and document services performed.
• Follow dealer and manufacturer service guidelines; request parts as needed.
