Job summary

Janssen Ford is seeking a Senior Master Technician (Ford-certified) to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues and provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include performing varied mechanical services, producing detailed repair reports, and maintaining safety and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ford Certification
• ASE Certification
• Previous Ford dealership experience
• Minimum 5 years as Automotive Technician; Master Technician preferred
• Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics and components
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
