Job summary

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our rapidly growing team in Maryland. You will design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental and operational systems, and work with development and operations teams to keep these schedules current.

You will use automated tools such as MS Project or Primavera, develop the Master Program Schedule, and ensure linkages with IMPs and related projects.

Qualifications

• Requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• BS + 12 yrs experience.
• 2 yrs of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera.
• Advanced MS Project or Primavera coursework and demonstrated proficiency with MS Project and/or Primavera.
• Certification in AACE or PSP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental and operational systems.
• Collaborate with developmental and operational teams to keep schedules current.
• Use MS Project or Primavera to develop and modify Master Program Schedule and integrate multiple schedules.
• Maintain Master Program / Project Schedule and link schedules with IMPs and the overarching program.
• Provide hands-on development of layered schedules and IMPs showing project progress and impact on objectives.
